Busabout Europe chooses Martech
Busabout Europe is a leading travel company that offer services to the 18-30 travel market. Busabout includes a European hop on, hop off bus service as well as a range of organised tours to events including the Oktoberfest and La Tomitina. Busabout will be replacing their existing forum channel "Chatabout" with the M.Social platform to create a more interactive community where friends and customers can communicate.
Graeme Ward, Sales and Marketing Manager for Radical Travel which owns Busabout said "We already have very active forums however with hundreds of people travelling at anyone time, it would be great if they could interact, meet up and share tips – adding the M.Social platform to our site will only enhance our existing offering".
The M.Social platform will provide Busabout with the tools for customers to organise events when they travel, share their tips, share their photos and videos, meet new friends and speak directly with travel experts from Busabout.
The new chat about channel on Busabout will be launched to coincide with the summer season. Simon Larcey Co Founder and Managing Dirctor of Martech Social said "This is an obvious group of people that will instantly benefit from the functionality. Knowing the Busabout product, numerous people travel on their own and our platform will provide them with the tools to not only meet new people when they are travelling, but possibly find a travel buddy before they leave. In addition to this they will be able to seek advice from fellow customers, upload their photos and videos and have a direct communication line with Busabout staff".
