One of the world's largest publishing firms, Dennis Publishing has chosen Martech to build a community channel on its awarding winning site www.evo.co.uk. Evo Magazine is one of the leading car magazines in the UK and has a very popular and busy website. One of the main features of the website is the forums.
Martech will be using the M.Social platform to create a "Community" channel on the site which will upgrade the current "Forums" channel. The new community will feature new and existing forums as well as a host of new functionality including the ability for members to upload photos and videos, interact with other car enthusiasts, create and list events and groups, vote in polls and interact with the Evo team.
Simon Larcey of Martech Social said "We are delighted to be working with one of the greatest names in publishing. As a big motor head myself, this is going to be personally very satisfying and I can’t wait to get it up and running".
The new community channel on Evo.co.uk is due to go live at the end of Q1 next year. Martech will be ensuring all existing members and registered users of the current Forums are easily migrated over to the new platform. "Ensuring hassle free migration and seamless integration with publishers is our aim at Martech. We are very happy that we are working with Dennis Publishing and hope other publishers will follow their lead" said Nicholas Watts, Co Founder and Technical Director.
Martech Social has launched a social website for experience day market leaders Red Letter Days to coincide with its 21st birthday celebrations.
