Martech Social integrates Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
November 11, 2009
Martech Social is now integrating Facebook, Twitter and YouTube with its M.Social platform providing additional exposure across the worlds most popular social media properties. Utilising the Facebook Connect API, YouTube API and Martech Social’s own M.Tweet application, all M.Social communities now get coverage on the main social media sites currently available.
Utilising the Facebook Connect application, members of any M.Social community can now sign up using their Facebook account details. With a Facebook Connect registration, all community updates can be published on their Facebooks newsfeed raising awareness of the community to their Facebook friends. The Facebook Connect API also enables members to invite their Facebook friends to join each M.Social community, raising awareness and driving memberships.
As a standard benefit, video is hosted on the YouTube platform. Martech creates individual YouTube channels for all its communities which enables them to gain exposure across YouTube. Having a dedicated YouTube channel gives the community additional exposure across the world’s biggest video platform and drives traffic back to their community.
Through Martech Social’s recently launched M.Tweet application, all community updates can now be pushed to an official Twitter account, enabling followers of the official Twitter account to get community updates and news direct to their inbox. This raises awareness and directs people back to the community.
Martech Social is constantly enhancing its M.Social platform and is always looking at ways to help communities raise awareness, build members and create new revenue opportunities. Integration across Facebook, YouTube and Twitter was a natural progression and will provide exposure to individual communities across the worlds most popular sites.
